I am available 7 days a week when it comes to providing support services, as for some reason, issues seam to arise when you least expect it. Most companies only provide support during office hours Monday to Friday, but in most cases, support is normally required out of these times.
So, rest assure if something goes wrong, I’m here to help!
You may want to consider taking a few training sessions to help you to understand how most issues are caused, in many cases you will find they can be easily and quickly fixed and are not as bad as they appear.
I will help you to understand why the issue was caused and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Ensuring you have backups of your website is one of the best ways to remediate issues, so please ensure at a minimum that your server is backing up your project to avoid massive issues that in some cases can be devastating to your business or organisation.

Please make sure that you have login details on hand for both your hosting account and website administration to speed up the process. Although if you are not sure what they are, I will help you to recover them if possible.
It’s good practice to keep these details on hand and not rely on your developers to keep copies of these details in-case of emergencies.
