ROLE SUMMARY

As an Advisor at Juce Advisory, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through strategic, transformation-focused projects. You will contribute to the planning, delivery, and execution of key initiatives, collaborating closely with senior team members and client stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of business transformation to grow within a dynamic consulting environment. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Advisory / Manager within our team, you will have worked across a consulting or advisory environment for 2+ years, working within one or more of the below specialty areas:

  • Technology and Digital Strategy Development
  • Technology Investment & Business Case Development
  • IT Operating Model Design and Transformation
  • IT Program / Project Management in agile, hybrid and waterfall environments
  • Cost, workforce and economic modelling across IT environments.
  • Strategic Sourcing

Further to this, as a member of the team you will have a pivotal role in the following areas:

  • Client Support: Provide support to senior advisors and managers in delivering client engagements and strategic projects. 
  • Project Delivery: Assist in the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. 
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, methodologies, and overall project delivery. 

ABOUT YOU

Background 

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role, ideally supporting senior teams in technology transformation, business analysis, or project management. 
  • You have worked in collaborative environments and have assisted in delivering high-quality outcomes to clients, learning from senior colleagues along the way. 
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, contributing to project planning and execution, and are eager to develop your skills in strategic advisory. 

Skills 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify key business needs and assist in developing tailored solutions.
  • Effective communicator, able to support client engagements and document deliverables clearly and professionally. 
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills. 

Qualifications 

  • A relevant undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Preferably holds relevant certifications, with a strong interest in continuing professional development through further qualifications. 
  • Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Current security clearance (baseline or NV1) or willingness to hold a security clearance.
